Well… it is true isn’t it?  You don’t want to rely on the response time of a police officer do you?  Let’s face it in the best of times you are still minutes away and that is if you can get a hold of them.  Having a cop in your back pocket would be nice but I think they are a bit heavy – get the cop is too heavy bumper sticker and tell everyone else what we already know.
